I started buying at my favorite consignment seasonal sale (Babies, Tots n’ More) when my daughter was about 1 year old. It was then that I realized the amount of items we were outgrowing and we didn’t know what to do with all this stuff! I decided to participate as a Consignor and I was surprised at how easy it was to sell outgrown items and buy items for the next stage in my kid’s life. It felt good knowing that by buying new and gently used items, I was helping other families make money and in return I was saving hundreds of dollars. The fact that we Chicagoans experience all the seasons, we need appropriate clothing for every single season! At our in-person events, we give the opportunity to our consignors to donate the items they no longer need. Families in need receive many of our unsold items, which are in like new condition.

I have about 10 years of experience of consigning experience and 20+ years of e-commerce experience. We hold seasonal in-person events in the Spring and Fall and online events in between where we accept all season items. I want to bring my expertise to make you a successful consignor.

Reselling the items we no longer need, items that were never used, items that our kids have outgrown, is a great way to make money, reduce waste and help the environment. When I was thinking of a new name I decided on Go Green Family Consignment. By participating in these sales, whether you are a buyer or consignor, we are helping the environment by supporting sustainable consumption practices.
